What the Chiselled Platform does
Valheim's Chiselled Platform is the final handoff point at the central Sacrificial Stones. After defeating Kall Fimbulbringer, return the Sacrificial Blood drop to the platform to complete the final boss chain. It is not the Strange Bowl: the Strange Bowl is used to summon Kall, while the Chiselled Platform is used after the fight.

The platform belongs to the final Deep North route. It should be treated as an end-of-progression interaction rather than a general crafting station or a second boss altar.
Where to find the Chiselled Platform
Travel to the central Sacrificial Stones after the Kall encounter. The platform is part of that final altar area, so the location is separate from the Aesir Passage and the Prison where the boss fight takes place. If you are still collecting Malicious Blood, you are working on the summon route, not the platform handoff.
The Kall fight itself starts in an Aesir Passage. Clear the Deep North route, collect three Malicious Blood, and offer them at the Strange Bowl before entering the encounter. The Kall Fimbulbringer guide covers the location, summon steps, phases, and damage preparation.
How to complete the final handoff
- Finish the Kall Fimbulbringer encounter in the Deep North.
- Collect the Sacrificial Blood drop from the completed fight.
- Return to the central Sacrificial Stones.
- Use the Sacrificial Blood at the Chiselled Platform to complete the final boss chain.
The platform step is the ending handoff for the boss route. It should not be confused with a new summon requirement, and it does not replace the three Malicious Blood needed at the Strange Bowl.
Chiselled Platform vs. Strange Bowl
These two objects appear in the same endgame route but serve different purposes:

If a player searches for the platform while preparing the fight, follow the summon instructions first. If Kall is already defeated, return to the central stones with the Sacrificial Blood and use the platform to finish the chain.
Quick checks if the interaction is not available
Confirm that Kall has been defeated and that the Sacrificial Blood drop was collected. Confirm that you are at the central Sacrificial Stones rather than still inside the Aesir Passage or at the Strange Bowl. If the game does not show the expected interaction, re-check the current 1.0 build and the live item state before trying destructive commands or changing the world.
